This Commercial Electronic Message Rules and Information Notice has been prepared to inform you regarding the processing, storage, and transfer of the personal data you have shared, by [Company's registered name] (“Gruso” or the “Company”), within the scope of Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications (“EHK”), Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (“ETK”), Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), and the relevant legislation, for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages containing service, new features, Premium subscription benefits, travel opportunities, announcements, advertising, and promotional content, and of carrying out marketing communication activities.
Your Identity (first name, last name) and Contact (e-mail address, telephone number) data will be processed for the purposes of Carrying Out Communication Activities, Carrying Out Marketing and Analysis Activities, and Carrying Out Advertising/Campaign/Promotion Processes, in order to send you commercial electronic messages via e-mail, push notification (push), and short message (SMS), based on the commercial electronic message consent requirement pursuant to Article 6 of the ETK (ETK m.6) and the legal ground of explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/1 of the KVKK (KVKK m.5/1); and, limited solely to these purposes and as required by our legal obligations, will be transferred to the Message Management System (İYS) and to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.
You may, at any time and without showing any justification (via the opt-out links in the messages or through the İYS), withdraw the commercial electronic message consent and explicit consent you have given, and you may submit your requests regarding the rights enumerated in Article 11 of the KVKK (KVKK m.11) to our Company through the channels specified within the scope of the Gruso Privacy Notice, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
